Casa Paloma
Restaurant Casa Paloma sits in the Barcelona neighbourhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. Whilst geared around a Madrilenian-style bistro, it is embellished with pure New York design and features an open kitchen where the Mibrasa Robatayaki takes helm on the front bar.
The space embraces contemporary and vintage furniture; with neo-rustic dining tables and Parisian brasserie armchairs it creates a modern, cosy and elegant atmosphere.
The kitchen specialises in a range of breeds of beef: Angus, Friseian and Wagyu, some of which age up to 120 days. The chefs here demand that their quality meat is prepared and grilled flawlessly. Offering a host of other speciality traditional dishes such as steak tartar, Spanish sausage tortilla, macaroni to name a few, all using seasonal ingredients.
With a non-stop show-cooking kitchen, expect an evening of intrigue finished off with a digestif in their underground chill out area.
