Julius bar & grill opened its doors in 2013 with a joint partnership between Julius Jaspers, known for his TV appearances on Dutch programme Top chef and writer of several cookery books, and Bert van der Leden, owner of IQ Creative.
Julius' kitchen fires up their MIBRASA HMB 75 to serve up an array of specially grilled dishes from hunky steaks to refined dry age beef. Besides the selection of meat cuts, the grill menu pays equal attention to fish, vegetarian dishes and delectable desserts, prepared all year round.
The restaurant's environment makes you feel right at home providing a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The whole space exudes character, including the back private rooms serving as a winery, boardroom and library.
