Restaurant Barbecoa has really honoured its name by fully kitting out its kitchen with an unexcelled collection of flame-cooking beasts. This hand-selected range comprises a Mibrasa charcoal oven HMB SB 75, a tandoor oven, Argentinian grill, smoker and Robatayaki.
The menu, created by Jamie Oliver and executed by head chef Steve Pooley, who was also involved in setting up the first Barbecoa, demonstrates classic dishes with a Barbecoa twist. Inspired from worldwide cooking methods whether it is tempered Chateaubriand, smoke-pitted langoustine, charred aubergine or charcoal-fired fish; they all share one thing in common, flame-grilled.
Decor reminiscent of ‘20s glamour, unique from the other sites, the warm lighting combined with leather upholstery reflects the passion and richness of the dishes that leave the kitchen. With the right balance of drama, style and let’s not forget fire, Barbecoa Piccadilly never fails to deliver the full dining experience.
