MIBRASA accompanying haute cuisine chefs at Despesques 2024
A weekend surrounded by haute cuisine, with renowned national and international chefs, as well as music, conferences and shows in a festive atmosphere.
Mibrasa had a presence with a charcoal oven, a parrilla and a robata. However, due to inclement weather and the fact that it was not possible to hold the event outdoors at Wakana Lake, we only used and worked with the robata. We also got the attention of the people who were part of the event with the fire and live embers.
We are very grateful to have been able to enjoy this experience.
