MIBRASA® - Charcoal Oven, Parrilla, Robatayaki and Hibachi

MIBRASA takes part at #MontagudconAlma party (Barcelona)

On 5th November were celebrated the first gastronomic awards organised by Montagud Editores, a company founded in 1906. Mibrasa sponsored it and took part in the event as a collaborator.

 

The #MontagudConAlma party was held in Barcelona, at the Alma Hotels Barcelona facilities. We had the great pleasure of being collaborators in the event, offering tastings of dishes cooked in the Robatayaki Mibrasa, and paying tribute to great talents of Catalan gastronomy. 

 

Special prizes were awarded with winners such as Ferran Adrià, for Bulli Foundation and also other prizes (after popular vote through social networks) such as: "the most creative restaurant", "the best treatment of fish", "the best traditional cuisine restaurant" or "the best treatment of serving game”, in this case, for Ca l'Enric restaurant in Olot (La Garrotxa, Girona) to whom we had the privilege of hand-delivering the prize.
